Senior Teams
In 2010 the club fielded 4 senior playing sides all in the Surrey Championship. The first XI were unlucky to finish 9th in Div 5, after a mixed season of some close wins and disappointing losses, however the experience gained by this young side will stand them well in 2011. The 2nd XI finished a creditable 7th in Div 3, impressively winning 4 of their last 5 matches. The 3rd XI in Div 2 were solid mid-table performers who enjoyed their competitive season. The best performing of all the senior sides was the mighty 4th XI who finished runners-up in the west division, winning 12 of their 18 games!
Also during 2010, the club fielded two sides in the Surrey Trust league and a Sunday XI. The club hosts a Cricket Week, which has been a regular event since 1914, and for the last eight years the Club have toured the West Country. An active Junior Cricket section is a vital part of the club, catering for ages 8 to 17. The younger age groups meet on the Green on Sunday mornings and competitive games are arranged at both League and friendly levels. For details see the Junior Cricket pages. The Club always welcomes new players, and also non-playing members.
